I live in Baltimore and am 22. Working towards total fitness. A healthy BMI (24) would be nice, but that is flawed for someone that lifts. Came close in 10/11th grade. I have been heavy ever since I can remember. Then, throughout highschool I lost probably close to 60lbs. I have no weights from before the weight loss or afterwards. Then, I started putting on weight before college. I would drop 15lbs. during school at UMCP and gain weight during breaks. I would go between 185lbs. and 200+ lbs.. Then, at UMBC it was the same until last summer when everything just went downhill to my current and probably highest weight. Depression makes it all worse.
